RJC

The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) is a standards-setting organisation that has been established to reinforce consumer confidence in the jewellery industry by promoting responsible ethical, human rights, social and environmental practices throughout the jewellery supply chain.

NAJ

F.Hinds are proud members of the UK's largest jewellery trade Association - the National Association of Jewellers (NAJ). We bear this Mark of Quality to reassure you of our expertise, experience, ethical standards and trust and are always striving to offer the best quality of customer service.

Assay Assured

F.Hinds - an Assay Assured jewellery retailer, has agreed to comply with this code of conduct. This code refers to jewellery but applies equally to any other precious metal items offered for sale by Assay Assured jewellery retailer.

Created in the UK

Jewellery has the unique consumer protection system of hallmarks. This is "Created in the UK" which identifies items that have been made in the UK. The mark is added alongside the hallmark by the assay office and is only allowed to be applied to UK made jewellery from registered members of the scheme.

World Diamond Mark

The World Diamond Mark® Foundation is a non-for-profit organisation incorporated in Hong Kong, established in 2012 by the World Federation of Diamond Bourses to promote consumer desirability and confidence in diamonds.

The Gemmological Association of Great Britain, or Gem-A, is the world's longest established provider of gem and jewellery education.
